Parish Registration Form

Use the membership form at the link above to register as a member of Divine Redeemer. We look forward to having you as part of our family!

Active members of our parish are identified by their generosity of time talent and treasure. Stewardship is determined by:

  • Being registered for at least 3 months (required of everyone who is at least 18 years of age) and the weekly participation in worship, unless ill or homebound.
  • Identifiable financial support of the Parish using the parish envelope system or OSV Online Giving. If you do not have the means to make a financial contribution, please place an empty envelope in the offertory basket so your attendance at the weekend Mass can be counted.
  • Involvement in at least one of: a ministry, a program, an activity, or an organization in the parish.

These criteria are used to appraise or verify parishioner status for sponsorship, parochial schools, participation in sacramental, educational, pastoral and social ministries, activities and enrichment programs. and use of facilities and services.

Members will be marked “Inactive” after 6 months of inactivity and/or failure to use the envelope system or OSV Online Giving.
